Rev. John G. Biermann, S.A.C.

Fr. John Biermann
Fr. John G. Biermann, S.A.C. was born on April 29, 1942 in Westmont, N.J. He was a Pallottine Priest for 50 years and an educator in Bergen and Hudson Counties in New Jersey. Upon entering the Pallottines, he made his first consecration on August 22, 1962 and was ordained to the priesthood on April 12, 1969. He was Rector of Bishop Eustace Prep in Pennsauken, N.J. He was also the Superior of Pallottine Seminary in West Hyattsville, Maryland and the Superior of Pallottine Provincialate South Orange, N.J. 

Beloved brother to Frank Biermann, Catherine Rossi and her husband James, Susan Warner and Joseph Biermann and his wife Ruth.

Adored uncle to Christopher Rossi and his wife Laura and Michael Rossi and his wife Jaclyn.

Fr. Biermann died in South Orange, N.J. on January 22, 2019 at the age of 76.

A Funeral Mass will be held on Tuesday, January 29, 2019 at 10:00am at Our Lady of Grace R.C. Church 400 Kamena Street in Fairview, N.J. Interment to follow at Holy Sepulchre Cemetery in Hammonton, N.J. 


The family will receive their friends Tuesday, January 29, 2019 from 9-10am at the church. 

Rev. Joseph L. Kuchar, S.A.C.

​Fr. Joseph Lee Kuchar, S.A.C. was born on June 8, 1960 in New Haven, Connecticut. He was the son of Edward and Elizabeth (Brammer) Kuchar. Prior to entering the Society of the Catholic Apostolate (Pallottine Fathers and Brothers), Fr. Kuchar worked in various occupations including accounting and retail sales and management. He entered the Pallottines in 1999 and made his First Consecration on August 13, 2002. He then completed his theological studies at The Catholic University of America in Washington, D.C. Fr. Kuchar was ordained to the priesthood on November 5, 2005 in Baltimore, Maryland.
 
After ordination, he served as associate pastoral director of St. Jude Shrine in Baltimore, Maryland and then as associate pastor at Our Lady of Pompeii Church in Brooklyn, New York. Fr. Kuchar then studied spirituality at the Angelicum in Rome residing at the Generalate of the Pallottines. Upon his return from Rome, he resided at Pallottine Seminary at Green Hill in West Hyattsville, Maryland while doing pastoral work in the Archdiocese of Washington.
 
Fr. Kuchar died on January 11, 2019 in West Hyattsville, Maryland. He is predeceased by his father Edward and his brother, William. Fr. Kuchar is survived by his mother, Elizabeth, his siblings and their spouses, Edward and Nancy Kuchar, Patricia Kuchar and Joseph Jurczak, Thomas and Deborah Kuchar, and John Kuchar, along with several nieces, nephews, grandnieces and grandnephews.
 
A funeral Mass was held on January 16, 2019 in St. Vincent Pallotti Chapel at Pallottine Seminary at Green Hill. Fr. Kuchar is interred at Resurrection Cemetery in Allentown, Pennsylvania.
